About AJR

Passion. A word that Education and Business Consultant, Aliya Johnson Roberts, has valued since early adulthood. She discovered her first passion for fashion in her high school years and succeeded in obtaining her first college degree and career in fashion merchandising. Though thriving post degree, her focus shifted after seeing an opportunity to partner with her mother in early childhood education. Almost immediately, AJ Roberts realized a new passion was igniting. This new passion burned differently; it brought a fresh sense of fulfillment and purpose. AJ Roberts instantly knew she wanted to be of service to children, families, and her community. “I watched my mother be a serial entrepreneur and ultimately be of service to our community through education, skill development, and resources for self-building and self-sustaining skills and now I feel like I am carrying the torch, which feels organic and fulfilling,” says Johnson Roberts.
